Ms. Lemky joined the Innovate team in 2013, while completing her degree in Zoology at the University of British Columbia. She has a wide breadth of experiences that include: molecular genetics & cloning, entrepreneurship and book keeping.

Ms. Lemky was raised in the Okanagan, pursuing her professional passions of small business development, animal science and mentoring students. Prior to joining the Innovate team, Ms. Lemky owned and operated a successful painting franchise for several years.
