Kim joined the Innovate team in 2013, while completing her degree in Biology at the University of British Columbia. She has a wide breadth of experiences that include: molecular genetics & cloning, entrepreneurship and veterinary medicine.

Kim was raised in the Okanagan, pursuing her professional passions of small business relations, animal science, and working with students. On weekends, she is often hiking with her two (adorable) dogs, wine tasting or out on the lake.
