Michelle completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Guelph with a major in Nutrition and Nutraceutical Science. Her program focused strongly on the importance of human health and how nutritional supplements, food and food consumption can optimize biological function, maintain health and prevent or treat disease.

Born and raised in Ontario having recently moved to Kelowna, she enjoys spending her summers on the water either swimming or relaxing on the boat. Michelle is a lover of all foods and enjoys testing out new recipes.
