Innovate Phytoceuticals provides a wide range of expert services to the Nutraceutical, Food, Cannabis, Pharmaceutical, Agriculture, Pet Product and Pest Management Product industries. Services include regulatory consulting, GMP & product compliance, methods development, project management, safety assessments, efficacy assessments, formula development and research.

With our laboratory building scheduled for completion in the spring of 2019, Innovate Phytoceuticals will be an all-encompassing regulatory, analytical, clinical and product development service provider dedicated to fostering innovation in a variety of industries. We are innovation leaders; meeting client needs to bring products from conceptualization to the consumer. Additionally, we can offer assistance securing research partnerships and funding for studies. Our services will include, standardized and non-standardized analytical services, product formulation and IP development, shelf life stability studies along with preservative challenge testing, to name a few. We are putting together a team of laboratory specialists who are intimately familiar with the latest technologies in molecular and analytical fields. The Regulatory Associate plays an important role in the compliance division and can be responsible for several projects covering a number of different regulatory streams. The primary objective of the regulatory associate is to ensure that client products and sites are compliant with Health Canada and other regulatory body regimes. Other duties include safety and efficacy research, product classification, research & development and technical writing.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducting literature reviews.
  • Compiling submissions for product license applications.
  • Compiling submissions for site license applications.
  • Product classification and ingredient review.
  • Takes part in research projects in conjunction with the research team

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

  • Have a degree in life sciences (or are currently enrolled in a life sciences program)
  • Have a minimum 2 years experience reviewing scientific literature
  • Able to communicate confidently and proficiently with clients and government employees
  • Have an understanding of undergraduate level chemistry and math
